QUALITY ASSURANCE

We insist that our products meet stringent quality standards and give our best every day to supply our customers with perfectly precise, high-quality products. This is underwritten by the fact that our employees are constantly gaining new qualifications, as well as our use of intelligent testing techniques. By relying on tactile and optical measuring methods – including both inline and offline measurements – we are able to ensure quality at every stage of production.

CONSISTENT AND PROACTIVE QUALITY MANAGEMENT

All operating processes are continuously monitored to ensure that our customers benefit from top quality at every level.

All our production sequences are subject to strict quality control, from the first sample part right through to series production. The processes are clearly planned and structured and are implemented in accordance with the LÄPPLE management system.

Our production employees constantly receive targeted training, which systematically assures and improves the level of quality. Our aim here is always the same: high-quality products and constantly satisfied customers.

OUR TESTING TECHNIQUES

In order to meet our product quality requirements, we employ a series of methods to assure the quality of our products. These include, for example, leak testing of glued parts, inline tear testing at the press shop under real-life conditions and the geometrical inspection of parts – both inline and offline. Additional checks are carried out by our trained surface auditors, who are VDA-certified.

As well as using tactile measuring methods for quality assurance, we also employ various optical measuring systems to check the geometries and surfaces of our products. These technologies allow us to take measurements quickly with maximum precision. As a result, we are able to deliver reliable data in next to no time. In addition to the mobile version of the 3D laser tracker, we also use an inline tracker to assure the quality of our products directly within the system itself.

AUDITING AND CERTIFICATION

The name LÄPPLE AUTOMOTIVE stands for perfectly precise, high-quality products. This is all down to our proactive quality management system and well-designed processes. As a supplier, we are audited by various prestigious customers and are, of course, certified to IATF 16949. Thanks to these audits and certifications, our quality processes are constantly being refined and improved.
