As a leading supplier of aluminium bodyshell components and a specialist in sheet metal part forming, we relish getting our teeth stuck into new challenges every day. We have made it our corporate objective to remain at the forefront of technological developments in this dynamic business.

As well as manufacturing pressings and blanks of all kinds, we also join parts together on our assembly line to create body components and systems of all sizes and levels of complexity – from simple reinforcing parts right through to complex assembly groups such as doors, bonnet panels, body side panels or complete front vehicle sections. Whether you require a simple stamping, a complex structural part or an entire body side panel – our products are always of the highest quality.

This aspiration can be traced right back to our founder August Läpple, who laid the foundations for today’s group of companies when he established his small metalworking workshop in Weinsberg in 1919. What started out as a small workshop has gradually evolved over time into LÄPPLE, an international group of companies with approx. 2335 employees which operates within the forming and bodywork technology, automation systems engineering, mechanical engineering and tool making sectors.
