It combines the LÄPPLE Group’s expectations regarding compliance with laws and regulations with our ethical principles, our values and our internal rules. It provides guidance for any challenges that may occur in day-to-day scenarios and sets out the fundamental standards which we stick to at work. It indicates how to proceed in the event of potential issues or difficult situations.
